The Belbin Test is an instrument for self-assessment of the team role. It allows you to identify activity preferences in a team and better assess your role.
This test works completely in the browser. No information is saved.
You will be presented with several sections, for each of which nine sentences are suggested. Allocate a total of 10 points to the sentences that you think best describe your behaviour. In extreme cases, you can divide the points between all sentences or assign all points to a single sentence.
Once all sections have been successfully completed, the evaluation + result takes place.
The highest score for a team role indicates where the test person is used most effectively in a team. The second-highest score can indicate which team role the individual can take on as a substitute if, for some reason, the group does not reason the group does not need the primarily suitable team role as much.
